PACKAGING PRODUCTS
The standard production of Cartografica Galeotti is today organized in these main product lines: Cases, Coupled Boxes and Trays.
In addition to these product lines, Cartografica Galeotti can produce packaging for any other needs, as specified in the “Production” section.
TRAYS IN TIGHT AND CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
To better meet the needs of the packaging market, where the replacement of plastic with paper is now increasingly in demand, Cartografica Galeotti now produces trays for the fruit and vegetable sector with offset printing, in corrugated cardboard and flat cardboard, which are totally recyclable.
Our production offers trays of a wide variety of formats and graphics, both polythene and plasticized, specifically designed for the food sector.
As with all of our products, we are also available to design packaging tailored to the customer’s needs.
TENSO CARDBOARD CASES
(STRAIGHT OR GLUED)
Cases are the most common type of box and often represent a second skin for the products they contain. In most cases they are used on automatic packaging machines; for this, high productivity must be combined with maximum attention during the entire production process: quality is necessary from the first to the last piece produced.
All of this can only be achieved by combining state-of-the-art systems with a great deal of experience gained in the field and the willingness to question oneself every day.
BOXES IN COUPLED CARDBOARD
(American, Snap Bottom, Dovetail, Wrap round)
The range of paper products that can be produced in coupled cardboard in various types of waves is very wide. The large-sized boxes cover an important, but not exclusive, percentage of this sector and the models range from the automatic bottom to the 6 corners, to American boxes or boxes with separate bottom and lid.
Cartografica Galeotti has always carefully followed this market segment and, today, is able to internally cover the entire production process, from printing to lamination, from die-cutting to gluing, always guaranteeing attention to quality and timeliness in case of emergencies. In this case, gluing is the most delicate production phase, because coupled cardboard requires specific experience and systems capable of processing large boxes.
